Random Acts of Kindness!

Random Acts of Kindness usually consists of small things, yet simple acts of kindness may be long remembered.

“Kindness is a language the blind can see and the deaf can hear.”–Mark Twain
“A warm smile is the universal language of kindness.”–William Arthur Ward
“You cannot do a kindness too soon, for you never know how soon it will be too late.”—Ralph Waldo Emerson
“A little thought and a little kindness are often worth more than a great deal of money.”–John Ruskin
“One kind word can warm three winter months.”–Japanese Proverb
“With a sweet tongue of kindness, you can drag an elephant by a hair.”–Persian Proverb
“Write injuries in sand, Kindnesses in marble.”–French Proverb
“Life is not made up of great sacrifices and duties, but of little things:  in which smiles and kindness given habitually are what win and preserve the heart.”–Sir Humphrey Davy
Story regarding A Random Act of Kindness:
random acts of kindness2 Random Acts of Kindness!
There was a story by a man named Christopher Williams where he remembered when he was serving in the Marines in Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii!  Upon receiving news that his father had just passed away, he rushed home.  He said that the only  decent thing that he had to wear to his father’s funeral was his dress blues, yet he needed a haircut as well.
Christopher needed a haircut and  wanted to get a haircut before he boarded the plane, so he went to this barbershop in Mokapu Mall which was crowded.   Desperate, he explained his situation to one of the barbers, who was a lady named Nhanh Pham.  She immediately moved the Marine to be next in line and gave “special attention” to his haircut.
To Christopher’s surprise, when he tried to pay her, she told him the haircut was free.  And not only that, she also gave him money which the other barbers in the shop had collected while he was getting a haircut and unaware of.  They wanted to make sure Christopher could buy flowers for his father’s funeral.
Due to this amazingly kind gesture, the barbers were later presented a Certificate of Commendation from Christopher’s commanding Officers in the Marine Corps.
“Kindness in words creates confidence. Kindness in thinking creates profoundness. Kindness in giving creates love.”–Lao Tzu
“Let us more and more insist on raising funds of love, of kindness, of understanding, of peace. Money will come if we seek first the Kingdom of God – the rest will be given.”–Mother Teresa

“Beginning today, treat everyone you meet as if they were going to be dead by midnight. Extend to them all the care, kindness and understanding you can muster, and do it with no thought of any reward. Your life will never be the same again.”–Og Mandino
“A laugh, to be joyous, must flow from a joyous heart, for without kindness, there can be no true joy.”–Thomas Carlyle

“And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds.”–Hebrews 10:24
Random Acts of Kindness are considered “good works” or charitable deeds and acts of kindness.  We must learn to devote ourselves to doing what is good, in order that we may provide for daily necessities and not live unproductive lives.  Give and it will be given to you.  Purpose in your heart to daily do something kind to another person, thereby, you will draw God’s blessings upon yourself and family members.

What Purpose Does Anger Have?

Anger has no purpose at all.  The problem with getting angry is that there is only a slim chance that it might solve the problem, but a much greater chance it’ll create new ones.
anger What Purpose Does Anger Have?
“Anger is an acid that can do more harm to the vessel in which it is stored than to anything on which it is poured.”–Mark Twain
Anger is really us losing our self- control, and when we lose self-control, bad things usually happen.
In the home it can mean a damaged relationship.  Whereas, in public, it can mean a confrontation with a stranger.  In the workplace,  it can mean getting fired or skipped over for promotion.
“Anger itself does more harm than the condition that caused it.” –Samaria Maxamus
If you can’t remember that, then try this:  Anger is only 1 step away from danger!
The truth is:  Most of us can look and act pretty foolishly when we’re angry, which usually leads us into saying and doing things we’ll later regret.
anger1 What Purpose Does Anger Have?
“Anger dwells only in the bosom of fools.”–Albert Einstein
“Speak when you are angry and you will make the best speech you will ever regret.”–Ambrose Bierce
Getting angry is a lot like being drunk, the intoxicated person is the only one who doesn’t realize he has a problem.
What makes anger so dangerous is the fact that it can occur so quickly and  we've lost control before we even realize it. The only way to minimize the damage is to gain back self-control.
In order for us to be able  begin to diminish our anger,  we will first have to understand what caused the anger in the first place.
There is really only one reason why we get angry and that is because someone didn’t act the way we wanted them to, or things didn’t go our way.
Anger is not an action; but how we respond to another’s action. Getting angry is letting someone else control you.
When was the last time something good came out of you getting angry?  Can you remember one?
“Whatever is begun in anger ends in shame.”–Benjamin Franklin

If you feel anger rising on the inside of you.  Stop!  Take a breath and answer these three questions:
1.  Is winning this argument really worth ruining the relationship?
2.  How important will this be a year from now?
3.  A month from now? A day or even an hour from now?
The instant you take back your self-control you’ll lose the anger.  Never, ever, allow someone else control how you feel.
Who really suffers when you get anger?
“Holding on to anger is like holding on to a red-hot coal, you’re the only one who’s going to get burned.” –Buddha
Why is it that when we hurt ourselves physically we learn not to do it again, but, when we hurt ourselves emotionally we repeat the same action over and over? No one benefits from anger.
“When anger rises, think of the consequences.”–Confucius
stop anger What Purpose Does Anger Have?

The best way to end an argument is to be silent.  It takes two to have an argument.  Be the bigger person. That’s not admitting fault, it’s controlling the anger.  Reinstate your self-control.  Understand that, even if you win the argument, you still won’t be able to enjoy the present if you’re still angry about the past.
“When angry count to ten before you speak. If very angry, count to one hundred.”–Thomas Jefferson
“For every minute you remain angry, you give up sixty seconds of peace of mind.”–Ralph Waldo Emerson
Remember that Anger Has No Purpose in your life.  The Bible says, “to be angry, but sin not.”  Yes, we will get angry, but we have self-control.  We have the ability to be slow to speak, which means, think before you speak.  Let go and let God.  Vengeance is mine, says the Lord.  He will repay, we don’t have to.  Our job is to learn from the experience, practice self-control and learn to love even the unlovable, even if it’s from a distance.

Successful Home Business Building Tactics:

In order to attain Successful Home Business Building Tactics, you will be required to direct your efforts in a systematic way in the direction of your goals.

home based business Successful Home Business Building Tactics:
This will call for you to set up your priorities and planning your actions around those priorities.   Knowing what your goals are is one thing, but knowing how to attain them is yet another.
Here is a list of  7 Tactics Which Can Be Used In Successful Home Business Building:
1.  Find a Mentor.
Do your research and find a Mentor or Coach.  Someone who has already been where you want to go.  Be sure to check them out thoroughly first.
2.  Hustle
Most often the people who make it big have one thing in common—they are dissatisfied with the status quo. They refuse to take what is “common” or “expected” and let that define their lives—they move past it and excel. You must work hard and hustle.  They are persistent and consistent.
3. Character
Successful Home Business Building will require that you should be know as a person of Integrity and Honor.
Someone coined the phrase, “character is what you do in the dark.” In other words, when no one is looking, will you behave differently than if someone were looking? If not, then you have character. If you are attacked, be tough—not hard. Don’t be a pushover, but be compassionate, gentle, and flexible—especially on procedure (not principle).
4. Risk Taker
You must be willing to take a Risk.  This isn’t gambling, it’s a willingness to be bold, hearty, and to push forward. People who refuse to take risks are definitely going to lose. If you refuse a new promotion because you’re not confident of your skills, you will more than likely be passed over when a different chance arrives.
Don’t be afraid of rejection, just take it as part of life and you’ll find there’s nothing to be afraid of—especially in the word “no.” “No” is just another opportunity to find a way around an obstacle and to use creative problem-solving skills.
5. Time Management
work from home Successful Home Business Building Tactics:
Time is of the essence.  Since we all know that one minute has 60 seconds and that one hour has 60 minutes. One day has 24 hours, and one year has 365 days. But one year also has 525,600 minutes. We don’t think about a year in such small increments, but maybe we should.
It’s imperative that we stop wasting time.  We tend to waste minutes as if they’ll always be around, and the fact is that time wasted is time we can never get back.
Proper time management is essential as you climb to success. Continue to break goals down in to manageable chunks—do that with relation to your day and the time you’ve been given. You’ll accomplish far more this way and you won’t regret using your time wisely.
6. Mastering  Non-Verbal Communication
It has been said that our body language and facial expressions do much more communicating than our words will ever do. When the words that you speak don’t match the expressions on your face or the stance of your body, you confuse the listener and muddle your message.
Becoming successful in home based business tactics will require you to be aware that when you try to “multi-task,” you often end up short-changing something, and the last thing you want is to short-change people. Don’t try to do too much at once—your willingness to do this sends out a message to people  that they aren’t important, even if you’re expressing your appreciation of their work and effort.
7.  Important vs Urgent
Learn to separate your choices.  This can be done by asking two questions:
1.   What is most important?
2.  What is most urgent?
Know that important choices are those that move you towards your goals.  Urgent choices are those that demand immediate attention.
Always remember that effective people will always direct their efforts towards situations that they can influence, and that are worth influencing.  To become successful in home business building use the tactics listed above, listen to your mentor,  build a team and duplicate.

Attracting Prosperity in your Life..

The most challenging aspect  in learning how to attract prosperity into your life is the ability to “know” that you’re prosperous – even when you don’t yet feel as if you are!

prosperity2 Attracting Prosperity in your Life..
“Prosperity is a way of living and thinking, and not just money or things. Poverty is a way of living and thinking, and not just a lack of money or things.”–Eric Butterworth
Obviously, when your outer circumstances keep reflecting the illusion of lack, it’s quite easy to become frustrated and think your attraction attempts aren’t working. However, that very frustration is what will keep you locked into the cycle of lack!
“A little prosperity and peace, or even a turn slightly for the better, can bring us feelings of self-sufficiency. We can feel quickly that we are in control of our lives, that the change for the better is our own doing, not that of a God who communicates to us through the still, small voice of the Spirit.”–Henry B Eyring
In order to break from the “illusion of lack,” you will have to use the power of your “will” to diminish the energy you have invested in it previously.
How do you invest energy into the creation of lack?
1. By constantly thinking about it and focusing on it.
2. By constantly affirming that it exists in your life.
3. By complaining about it to others.
4. By identifying with the lack you see in the world around you.
You see, the more attention and energy you give to the existence of lack, the more “lack” you attract back to yourself.
In order to attract prosperity and abundance into your life,  you must begin by focusing on the opposite end of the spectrum!
prosperity1 Attracting Prosperity in your Life..
a.  Constantly think about and focus on prosperity and abundance into your life.
However, NOT from a place of need, fear or anxiety – but from a place of joy, confidence and optimism that it is already yours.
b. Constantly affirm that you are a natural prosperity magnet, and great abundance flows into your life easily and frequently.
c. Share the wonderful things that happen to you with others.
Rather than complaining about the bad stuff, share the good stuff and encourage the people in your life to do the same.
d. Pay attention to the great abundance that surrounds you at all times.
This includes the material possessions, people and blessings you have in your life, as well as, the expressions of abundance you encounter while out in the world.
Instead of feeling envious of rich and successful people, imagine that the universe has just held up a mirror to let you know that YOU can also be just as rich and successful.
Most importantly, develop the inner “knowing” that you can CHOOSE prosperity and abundance, just as easily as you chose lack and struggle.
The Law of Prosperity:  Wealth, not poverty.  [Give and it shall be given to you.]
“Keep your dreams alive. Understand to achieve anything requires faith and belief in yourself, vision, hard work, determination, and dedication. Remember all things are possible for those who believe.”–Gail Devers
It may be hard for you to believe that you’ve chosen lack and struggle (who in their right minds would?) – but it’s very possible to choose by default.
Unless you consciously choose to be prosperous, it’s like sitting in the back seat of your car and expecting it to deliver you to your desired destination. You will have to get in the front set and get behind the wheel and DRIVE! icon smile Attracting Prosperity in your Life..
prosperity 300x154 Attracting Prosperity in your Life..
Recite this affirmation several times a day:
“I KNOW I am a powerful creator in my own right, and I CHOOSE the harmonious flow of prosperity and abundance NOW.”
When you first start saying it, you’ll probably feel as if you’re lying. That’s because deep down inside, you really don’t “know” any such thing. But keep at it. Keep saying the affirmation with strength and power and conviction in your voice, and you really will start to believe it.
“If you believe you can, you probably can. If you believe you won’t, you most assuredly won’t. Belief is the ignition switch that gets you off the launching pad.”–Denis Waitley
“If I have the belief that I can do it, I shall surely acquire the capacity to do it even if I may not have it at the beginning.” –Mahatma Gandhi
And that’s when everything in your outer circumstances will begin to shift towards attracting the prosperity and abundance you “know” you deserve.

Finding Inner-Peace!

Inner-peace refers to a state of being mentally and spiritually at peace, with enough knowledge and understanding to keep oneself strong in the face of discord or stress.

Being “at peace” is considered by many to be healthy and the opposite of being stressed or anxious. [Wikipedia]

innerpeace2 Finding Inner Peace!

“The life of inner peace, being harmonious and without stress, is the easiest type of existence.”–Norman Vincent Peale
“My faith helps me understand that circumstances don’t dictate my happiness, my inner peace.”–Denzel Washington
“Never be in a hurry; do everything quietly and in a calm spirit. Do not lose your inner peace for anything whatsoever, even if your whole world seems upset.”–Saint Frances de Sales
One of the first steps in finding inner-peace is to think carefully about your goals. What are you trying to achieve, and what are you doing that will take you there?
Can you realistically reach your goals, or are you setting goals that are far beyond your reach? Do you even have any goals?
inner peace1 Finding Inner Peace!
By putting your priorities in order, you will be on the path to inner peace because only chaos can result from clutter and disorganization of the mind. You can begin by setting small goals which can be easily achieved. Then, instead of focusing on failure, you will be able to see the good job you’ve done in reaching your goal.
If you fail to reach a goal, use this situation to learn how to do better next time. Don’t wallow in your failure use it as a stepping stone to achieving success.
“Never continue in a job you don’t enjoy. If you’re happy in what you’re doing, you’ll like yourself, you’ll have inner peace. And if you have that, along with physical health, you will have had more success than you could possibly have imagined.”–Johnny Carson
When you feel good about yourself, you will have an easier time finding peace of mind. Peace is essential for happiness. If you constantly feel sad, you are living under a great weight that brings you down to a point where you could sink into a permanent state of self-pity.
Self-pity only encourages negative thinking. Remember, you are not the only person facing rejection or hurt in life. There are other people much worse off than you are.
People with negative thinking miss out on inner peace because they let every little setback throw them off track. They criticize themselves for no real reason and go down a road that only leads to misery.
“Chaotic people often have chaotic lives, and I think they create that. But if you try and have an inner peace and a positive attitude, I think you attract that.”–Imelda Staunton
innrer peace Finding Inner Peace!

"Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world gives, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."--John 14:27

There are people who have pessimistic attitudes who tend to go through their lives fighting their thoughts and emotions every day. If they are rejected for a job position, they  take it personally and feel that they are not good enough to have any job.
Pessimist can also start to think that everyone believes they are stupid, and the cycle of pessimism traps them into psychological immobility, not realizing that everyone experiences rejection at some time during their lives, but when your mind focuses on the negative aspects of a situation, it is hard to find inner peace.
At times, hearing the word ‘no’ is a good thing. Even if you’ve lost out on a job, maybe that was for the best.
We need to learn to turn our rejections into positive actions. Taking action can lead you to inner-peace because activity makes you feel more positive about a situation.
love Finding Inner Peace!

Positive attitudes result in peaceful states of mind.  You can train your mind to think more positively. It will take work and effort, but  be assured this will lead you to inner peace, and this will be worthwhile.

Creating A Desire To Expand And Grow!

Creating a desire to expand and grow begins with your attitude towards life and the way you think and believe.

expand and grow Creating A Desire To Expand And Grow!
You will have to learn to feed the right emotions and starve the negative emotions.  It is possible for both “faith and fear” to rise within you at the same time.  It’s up to you to determine which one to follow.
There are two natures which rise within my breast.
One is foul, the other blessed.
One I love, the other I hate;
Obviously, the one I “feed” will Dominate.
If you desire to expand and grow you must be willing to take a risk.  You must be willing to make mistakes.  In order to reach your potential in life you must be willing to take various chances.
“It may not be your fault for being down, but is is your fault for not getting up.” –Steve Davis
“Without continual growth and progress, such words as improvement, achievement, and success have no meaning.”–Benjamin Franklin
Life is growth. If we stop growing, technically and spiritually, we are as good as dead.” –Moreihi  Ueshiba
Always remember that there’s a choice to be made in everything you do.  So be sure to keep in mind that in the end, the choice you choose will make you.

How do you see Yourself?

expand and grow1 Creating A Desire To Expand And Grow!
Creating a desire to expand and grow will also require you to be confident, bold, energetic,  action taker, a good thinker, but most of all you have to like yourself.  You must be prepared to read daily, making it a priority so that you can grow in knowledge and grace.  Will also require you to want to help others as well as yourself.
“Keeper of the Keys”
You are the Keeper of The Keys.
You are the Guard at The Gate.
Waiting in line to get through that door,
Is LOVE.  And also HATE.
In line to enter is GENTLE PEACE.
And also VIOLENT WAR.
You must choose who may, and who
May not come through the door.
INTOLERANCE tries to sneak on through
On wings of FEAR,  or PRIDE.
It hides behind DREAMS of BELONGING,
And tries to sneak inside.
Oh! Be alert!  You’re the Guard who decides
Who GOES and who may STAY.
You are The Keeper of The Keys to Your Mind.
Who will you let in today?
—John C Maxwell
Another tip on creating a desire to expand and grow is to surround yourself with people who are good thinkers and have creative minds, who are already successful in the area in which you would like to expand and grow in.
“The strongest principle of growth lies in the human choice.” — George Eliot
No matter what your circumstances appear to be at the present time, you have the ability to expand and grow if you so desire.
