The Art of Storytelling has been used for many years to illustrate a point or get a message across.
Even Jesus Christ used parables (stories) to get His point across to the multitude of people in the Gospels.

“If you can dream it, then you can achieve it. You will get all you want in life if you help enough other people get what they want.” –Zig Ziglar
Many times when you are presenting a business, it is very easy to get caught up giving facts and completely lose the interest of your prospect. However, when you use the art of storytelling and tell a story about the success of someone who is using the product or have a person give a live testimonial about how much they love being a distributor, you will keep the interest of new people who are listening for the first time.
“You were born to win, but to be a winner, you must plan to win, prepare to win, and expect to win.”–Zig Ziglar
For the majority of us, the first time we were ever presented with the concept of a live audience was in kindergarten when we played “show and tell”. Everyone was always interested in what we were saying because we were simply telling a story.
We've all heard of the famous K.I.S.S. rule: Keep It Simple Stupid!
When presenting your business or product. It’s best at times just to tell a story and keep it simple. Most people can relate to a grandmother, who can talk about her grandchild as the most beautiful, precious child in the world. This grandmother will make you feel as if her grandchild is the most precious gift to own as your own.
Try taking that same simplicity and utilize it during your presentation in order to create the same result, which is Ownership of your product.
When you tell stories, people tend to remember those stories versus all the facts you may pour out at them. “FACTS TELL, BUT STORIES SELL.”
Many will want to get involved in your business or purchase your product because of all the success stories that you have told. People love to be part of a winning team.
Storytelling has a tendency to keep people tied into you and your presentation. When in doubt during a presentation, tell a story in order to bring people’s attention back to you.
When you use a combination of the art of storytelling, a good attitude along with the correct mindset, it will be possible for you to achieve your wildest dreams!
