Godly Wisdom: Receiving Wisdom From Above

Receiving Wisdom from Above can easily be gotten.  All you have to do is to “ask” for it.  Wisdom is never just given to us, there is a stipulation:  It must be asked for!

James 1:5 -”If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, that gives to all men liberally, and upbraideth not, and it shall be given him.”

Wisdom is seeing everything from God’s perspective.  It is in the knowing of the when and the how to use the knowledge received from the Lord.  You see, as the old saying goes:

“He who knows nothing, doubts nothing.”  

Yet, it is also true that he who ‘knows’ has a solid basis for his belief.

Many people around the world spend millions of dollars in search of wisdom, yet, it is always readily available to anyone who seeks its divine source.

Listed below are 10 ways in which to obtain godly wisdom:

1.  Fear God.    (Psalm 111:10)

2.  Hear God.   (Proverbs 2:6)

3.  Please God.  (Ecclesiastes 2:26)

4.   Look To God.  (Proverbs 3:13)

5.   Choose The Ways of God.  (Proverb 8:10-11)

6.   Take God’s Advice.   (Proverbs 13:10)

7.   Remain Humble Before God.   (Proverbs 11:2)

8.  Pray to God.   (Ephesians 1:17)

9.  Know and Acknowledge the Son of God.  (1 Corinthians 1:30)

10.Receive God’s Correction.   (Proverbs 29:15)

It is important that we learn to drink from the fountain of God’s Wisdom.  Unfortunately, many still tend to just rinse out their mouths because they try to live without the wisdom of the Bread of Life,  thereby, not understanding that they will die in their own efforts.

Receiving Wisdom from Above is freely given and can be freely received, however, the stipulation remains that you must “Ask for it,” there is no way around it.

“Be still and know that I AM God.”  This God, the One God, holds all of the Wisdom from Above.

How To Obtain The Fruitful Life

In discovering How To Obtain The Fruitful Life it is important to look into your inner man by faith,  You should have “unshakable confidence” in whatever it is you are believing for.

Living a Fruitful life will require you to:

1.  Become Organized. 

Organization is what makes the fruitful life visible.

2.  Give.

In order to receive, you Must first Give.    Give and it will be given to you.

Giving will not be complete unless receiving takes place.  We must learn to give God’s way for this to take place.

Example:

God is the GROUND.  [Good ground with good soil]

Jesus is the VINE.  [He bares the branches which enable the branches to bear the fruit.]

You are the BRANCHES that bear the fruit, and then, give away the fruit which you bare to others.

3. Usage of Good Stewardship.

You must be able to Manage your finances wisely.

4.  Be Authoritative.

It is your duty to protect the fruit while staying in right standing with God by applying the Word of God.  You must protect the fruit!

5.  Have Unconditional Love.

This will guarantee you a return, however, you must realize that it is your duty to make sure that the seeds which fall from your ‘loins’ are reproduced after your own kind, while remembering that “Love Never Fails!”

6.  Obedience.

Being obedient teaches us to exercise the fruit.  It is as a fertilizer.  First fruit obedience is the ‘Fruit of Obedience.’

Fruits of Obedience are as follows:

a.  Discipline.

Be forceful at first, then, after a while it will become natural.

b.  Character.

The way you are regarded.  Have outstanding character.

c.  Integrity.

You must become a person of Integrity.  This should be who you are!

7.  Always Be in Agreement with the Word of God.

This will sustain the fruitful life.

Being fruitful means productive, abounding in fruit or causing one to bear fruit in abundance.

Biblical Success: 40 Commands To Follow

1. God is a God of order and He wants each of us to succeed, and because of this He has established Biblical Success through 40 Commands to Be Followed, if we choose to.

As we know God is a God who gives to each of us the gift of choice.  We can choose to follow his commands or follow after our own will.  Know that God wants you to be happy and enjoy your life, so he’s given us some commands in the Bible to keep us on track.

40 Biblical Commands To Be Followed:

1.    Be slow to anger, abound in love and forgiveness.  (Numbers 14:18)

2.    Remain in right relationship with our brothers.  (Matthew 5:24)

3.    Follow the rule of Peace.  (Colossians 3:15)

4.    Never “get even.”  (1 Thessalonians 5:15)

5.    Be an Example to others.  (1 Timothy 4:12)

6.    Be Steadfast and Unmovable.  (1 Corinthians 15:58)

7.    Renew our minds.  (Romans 12:2)

8.    Separate ourselves from unclean things. (2 Corinthians 6:17)

9.    Be content with what we have.  (Hebrews 13:5)

38.  Look to Jesus!  (Hebrews 12:2)

39.  Be in Agreement.  (Matthew 18:19)

40.  Never cause others to Stumble.  (Romans 14:13)        

Biblical Success begins with you thinking right.  Begin thinking as if you are in charge! Begin thinking success for your life, your family, and your future!  Keep your thought standards high, clean and of course pure by following the 40 Commands. You have no excuse because you have  a God-given ability to change your attitude, which in turn can change your circumstances.

Follow after the 40 Commands given and never allow your plans to get muddy because your goals will never be reached.  If you do, you will begin to see only negative situations which we call “soul termites” because they will destroy your plans, goals and dreams by stopping you from taking action, eating away your desires!

We've all failed, been disappointed, hurt or “stomped upon,” but don’t allow the past to feed your mind.  If you allow this to happen, you’ll develop what’s been called “mental malignancy.” Biblical Success requires a Winning Attitude and following after the 40 Commands.

Therefore, get your tail up and move forward….There are No Excuses.

Winning by Deciding to Win

Wining by Deciding to Win is not only a decision, but a commitment and challenge.

“Winning is great, sure, but if you are really going to do something in life, the secret is learning how to lose. Nobody goes undefeated all the time. If you can pick up after a crushing defeat, and go on to win again, you are going to be a champion someday.”–Wilma Rudolph

In Winning by deciding to Win it is important to remember that what you think, you eat.This is a good reason to feed on the Word of God. Real winners allow their hearts to draw near to God, Himself, and as a by-product they receive His promises deep within themselves.

“Winning isn’t everything, but the will to win is everything.”–Vince Lombardi

Guidelines for Deciding to Win:

1. Always Control Impulsiveness.

It’s important never to make a permanent decision in regards to a temporary situation.

2. Beware of Blind Spots.

Never allow your emotions to drive your decisions toward destruction.

3. Be Sure To Delegate with Confidence.

Always surround yourself with people who are wise and competent. Allow them to perform without becoming intimidated by their expertise.

4. Make it a Habit of considering all the options, then accept all responsibility for your final decision.

Stop, Look, and Listen to wise counsel, but be sure to sift it through your heart and pray for guidance before any final conclusions are made.

5. Never, Ever go to War where there are no spoils.

It’s important to choose your battles wisely and you must be assured that what you are fighting for is worth the price you will have to pay.

6. Acquire Accurate Information.

Get all the facts necessary before deciding a course of action. Conjecture will inevitably lead to some sort of crisis.

7. Take Time to Contemplate the Consequences.

Make sure you consider all options and their possible results before any action is taken.

8. Take Calculated Risks.

Never allow your expectations to exceed the practical potentials and realities of your resources. Hope for the best possible outcome or solution, yet be prepared for a loss.

9. Always be Cost-Effective with Your Time.

If your ‘return’ is not greater than the ‘investment,’ then the endeavor is not worth your time.

10. Survival: Survive in order to thrive.

Be sure to allow yourself a 10 percent ratio to be wrong, a 50 percent likelihood of betrayal, and a 100 percent commitment to survive it all.

How To Assist The Universe in Fulfilling Your Dreams..

When it comes to Assisting the Universe in Fulfilling Your Dreams you must first remember this:  ”It is not where you come from, or even where you are, it is where you are going that always matters most.”

First you must search your heart to figure out why you are not receiving your expectations. You may feel that you understand the Law of Attraction and the principles of manifesting, yet you cannot explain why these things are not coming to you.

Your heart is your paintbrush. 
The entire Universe is your canvas.
You life is your art.

You believe that we create our reality. You understand the laws of attraction, and you believe that what we think about we attract into our experience. You have even been practicing these principles, that is, when you remember to.

You even practice repeating affirmations such as:

a.  I have my perfect relationship because I deserve to have it.

b.  My income level is constantly increasing.

Yet, you still don’t have the manifestation of that perfect relationship or more income.

Mind is the master power that moulds and makes
And man is mind, and evermore he takes
The tool of thought, and, shaping what he wills
Brings forth a thousand joys, a thousand ills
He thinks in secret, and it comes to pass
Environment is but his looking glass

Stop blaming  your parents for instilling some limiting belief that money is bad or that there is something spiritual about suffering. It really doesn’t matter where some of your beliefs come from or how many of them you have.  Turn off all those old channels.  Stop listening to the dead end music.

Refocus, Regroup, and Recharge:

There is a way around this.  Begin to focus on the beliefs which will serve you better such as:

-The Universe is full of abundance.

-The Universe wants to bring me the desires of my heart.

-The Universe wants to fulfill all my dreams.

-The Bible states: ” Ask and it shall be given.”

“Ask, and it shall be given you. Seek and ye shall find.  Knock and it shall be opened unto you.  For everyone that asketh, receiveth and he that seeketh, findeth and to him that knocketh, it shall be opened.”

Get rid of those feelings of unworthiness.  If you don’t believe that you deserve to be happy and successful, then how in the world can you possibly create that in your life?

-The Bible tells us:  “All Things are possible to those who Believe.”

Assist The Universe in Fulfilling Your Dreams.

1. Believing that it IS possible to have your desired dreams.

2. By Knowing that you are Worthy to receive.

3. Take Action.

4.   Wait for the dream to manifest itself in your life.

The Universe doesn’t just pour your dreams out in front you.  There is “Action Steps” that you are required to take.  There’s no magic wands.

Remember that:

 ”Faith without works is dead.”  There will always be action steps for you to walk through along with your positive thinking and changed mindset.

The thought manifests as the word.
The word manifests as the deed.
The deed develops into habit.
And the habit hardens into character.
So watch the thought and its ways with care.
And let it spring from love,
born out of concern for all beings.

Once you begin to take action, any action in the direction of your desired dream, you are showing the Universe that you are serious. This will also facilitate the process because you have focused your attention on your ‘action’ instead of your ‘waiting’. The action you take does not have to be huge earth-shattering stuff.  This action can come from feelings of inspiration, intuition, or even coincidental events.  Only Believe….

There is one extremely important step to keep in mind when you do take action:

Be sure that you feel good about it, about yourself and what you want beforehand.  Faith and Patience are the Power Twins.  These two work together in helping the Universe  in Fulfilling  Your Dreams.

Now you know what it takes to assist the Universe in fulfilling your dreams.

Freedom From Fear and A Paralyzed Mind

In order to have “Freedom from Fear and a Paralyzed Mind” you must start each day with a Positive Attitude.

Getting a Positive Attitude begins when you get out of bed and get dressed, the first thing you should get is your Bible.  Start each day with God on your mind.  You should never allow the world to close in on you and mold you into its image.

“God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”–2 Timothy 1:7

The best treatment for a mind paralyzed by poor self-worth, a negative attitude towards life, overwhelming circumstances and depression are as follows:

Six Steps to Freedom from Fear and a Paralyzed Mind 

1.   Believe you are a person of worth.

2.   Start the day with a positive attitude.

3.   Define your dreams.

4.  Know where you are going.

5.  Begin to think rightly.

6.  Keep your eyes focused on your dreams.

It may be true that Satan may knock you down, but know that you have the ‘power and the ability’ to get right back up – Immediately.

It is important to understand that it is impossible for you to “believe in others” unless you “first believe in yourself.”  Also, “you can’t believe in yourself” unless you first believe in God.  It’s important for you to realize that you are one of a kind,  a unique individual, a choice creation, you are special, and there’s not another like you.  You are ‘great’ because God is great and He created you.

A paralyzed mind doesn't come from mind over matter!  If “you” don’t mind, then it won’t matter.  It comes from allow fear to attack and attach itself to your mind.

Clear your Paralyzed Mind from Fear with some Promises from God such as:

“My peace I leave with you.” –John 14:27

“Don’t let your heart be troubled.”–John 14:1

“My God shall supply all your needs.”–Philippians 4:19

“Fear not, for I am with you… I will strengthen you.”–Isaiah 41:10

Your life will move in the direction of your “most dominant  thoughts.”    The way you think will determine who you are and what you will become.

This verse should trigger the God-given power within you.  It will help you change your thinking habits and keep your mind “Free from Paralysis.”

“If your speaking is wrong, your believing is wrong.  If your believing is wrong, then your thinking is wrong.  If your thinking is wrong, your speaking is wrong.”

Freedom from Fear and a Paralyzed Mind radiates from a “calm person” with good thoughts who knows how to adapt!  Take every emergency leisurely.  Plant the soil of your mind full of good thoughts, and the crop you raise will be wholesome.  Remembering that all your problems will yield to the right “solutions.”
